The "Lashen Lanka Foreign Employment Agency" registered company in Sri Lanka and acquiring BRC no. W/CC/8960 started business commencement as a company for supplying of manpower for foreign recruitments and have being a holder of Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment License No. 2754 since our establishment in 2012.Our service mainly to Japan JITCO Training programme and looking forward to expand our service to all the countries which are interested about manpower from Sri Lanka. Our office located in No. 161D, V2, Galle Road, Walana, Panadura.

Before deployments, the reliability and likings of employees are scrutinized by putting them into a strict screening and a lengthy viva voce. Their abilities and skills are being decided by panel of technically qualified personnel by using practical tests. These efforts are taken for the purpose of selecting quality people because our main vision is to provide an unblemished service to those who seek our assistance.

Being backed by experienced able personnel, our institution is so far successful to deploy good Housemaids, and Care Givers to foreign countries middle East in particular, and General workers for diverse fields such as Manufacturing and Hotel catering and sectors connected to garment factories, plantation, and construction work for various, IT personnel, cooks, welders, Masons, Carpenters, Drivers, Electricians, painters, and so on to these who are sought our assistance.

The other important field now we have extended our services is assisting to Sri Lankan Doctors, who are very well qualified in world recognized medical colleges in Sri Lanka qualified Nurses and staff of other minor categories in Health Service and helping the Engineers qualified in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil sectors to explore suitable placements in foreign countries.

Once the General workers, house maids and Care Givers are selected we are proud to say that we have arrange language and skill competence training at basic level because we see that it has become and essentiality in now a days. Besides this a series of awareness programmers are being regularly conducted before their departures, with a view' to giving them a sound knowledge of understanding in relation to the culture, religions and the custom of respective societies, which would definitely help them to gain a moderate thinking, and to respect to the thinking of other societies, we have been acknowledged by our employees, that this training has successfully kept them in a sound position to have the good and a better relationship and a remarkable mutual understanding with their employers.
